I just watched it like 3 times....was that a pilot error...or mechanical failure...it just went down and it didn't look like he did much to save it

I used to waterski and wakeboard hitting the water at a 30+ mph can really snap your boom if you know what I mean.

It looks like the blades stalled and he didn't do anything to pull out of it.... like add throttle\pitch just watched it drop from the sky....

Just a guess but the esc could arc with a little moisture.

yes if full of water but if its just moist from foreplay the juice will just get distracted and who knows what would happen. ESC puts out a voltage at a certain frequency if it gets slightly wet it could just change the timing and loose voltage on one wire or just slow it down like I said who knows what would give out first.

kind of what I was talking about fender just a less than normal mode as the ESC is talking throughout a whole flight and may of not heard it all. (talking meaning digital data transfer to and from the micro processor)

notice it did it while inverted gravity makes water fall.

Yoo-Tee-neon: how do i make to post a video embebed?
(youtube)filename(/youtube)
but with brackets - [ ] - around "youtube" instead of parentheses.

Just use the file name from youtube - not the whole link.

Now if I only had some video to post...

A soul in tension is learning to fly

Not to pull out an old video, but this is from last summer. I'm flying a fully stock (with the exception of Super Skids and 2S 800mAh lipo) E-sky Honey Bee FP in some pretty windy conditions. I did manage some decent figure 8s and circuits. At the time of the video, I had about 3 months FF experience. Man, time sure flies when you are having fun!

You win racin I have always been amazed at the time you spent with a FP and the level you got to with it. I spent about 2hrs with a 2ch FP and quit I went to eccpm after that and didnt look back. Anyway was it like starting all over with the king or easier with more control?
