I own the E-Flight CP Pro and in the manual it shows how to set the 3-in-1 to a heading hold gyro, but when I did the adjustment the tail motor only turns on when trying to keep the heli from spinning left. Question is I thought the heading hold setup would have stabalized the tail from moving in any direction until I input a different heading? Am I wrong about this or have I done something wrong?

It spins cause the tail doesn't kick in. The only time the tail works in that mode is to force the spin to the right thats when the motor starts up. If I disable the lock then I just need to adjust the pot to keep the motor at its proper speed to keep the chopper in check

Did you turn down the pots on your 3in1 all the way?

The manual only told me to turn down the proportional pot not the gain pot so I did that.
