There should be no need to lube the dampners at all. Lubing up either the o ring type or the newer single piece dampners can only serve to soften them which is more than likely not what you want. If you do want them softer MA offers various alternative durometer o rings for different applications.

Hey Jake,

There is no need to lube the dampers for the spindle. But while assembling you may notice that its really tough to get the spindle through the dampers. I PM'd Bobby about this and he said spray some alcohol on them. They went in like cake after I did that.

just finished putting the new dampners in. they went in fairly easily (no lube here!) lol. cant believe how hard they are. going to go fly here in a bit its gonna be sweet!
