There are so many Lipo's on the market and prices can vary a great deal for the same Lipo, take off the manufacturers name and unwrap the Lipo and you will be hard pressed to find any difference from one lipo to the next. Many of the Lipo's on the market today come from the same manufacturer and the only difference is the packaging, wrapping and company name stamped on the Lipo. Why would one want to pay $60 for a 2's Lipo when you can get the same Lipo for $35 from a lesser known company? I may be missing something here however if there is truly a difference I cant see what it is, if you know of any difference between Lipos and can prove that one is better then the other with facts I am more then willing to listen and be educated....Jim

Actually, there are alot of differences that you can't see. Alot of it has to do with the material used, and processes in manufacture.

Hell... I can fix that.
Uh oh..

The difference is that there are different grades of the same cells at the manufacturing level. First grade cells are used in medical and military applications, second grade are used in high grade consumer cells. Third grade are the "budget" brands that are out there. They are all from the same manufacturing line, but as lots are quality inspected they are graded. That determines what they are used for. So even though a manufacturer claims they are using the same cell as some other brand it may not be the "same cell."
