Came across this song in You Tube. I know he's alot before my time (I'm 35) but I love hearing this song. Heard it this morning on the way to work and it stuck with me all day. Neil Young Old Man.

Doesn't THAT shake some dust out of the attic. The GF and I grew up on that stuff -- the classics never get old. Damn good sound quality for a web file too.

He was our favorite of my girl and I in the 80's. I remember many campfires listening to NYoung in VT and also at the condo later. Tonight's the night was the first time I made love with my girl.

Now I'm old and divorced, got nothing to look forward to now, But I remember.

My Dad and I share a fondness for Neil Young. That's one of the best, though.

And yes, what a high quality Youtube video.

Hey Rick, I'll be home the 14th, next friday, for 6 days. Enough time for a few flights...

Was looking at alot of classics on the Tube. I'm a huge Zep fan, so I was on watching all of them. Really like the bluesy stuff like 'since I been loving you'.

Ad, glad to see your coming back for a while! I might have to take off a day or 2 so we can get caught up on some flying! Hows school going?

My wife is having a bear of a time with here Anatomy2 class. Shes passing but just barely... and she's putting in like 4-6 hrs a day studing!

awesome song!

I'm Real partial to "OHIO" as well. and just cos its a great tune, he's voice makes that song. don't mean to rehash why the song was written but its just a great song.

I certainly was in the right! .....( toecutter at the spot) Phalanxman 6

A truly beautiful find. Hell I'm 48 and that's barely within my time frame. I think that was around 71. I remember me and my buddy sitting on the tailgates of our trucks and fumbling through the chords of that song and many others like it.

I pray that long after the Britney Spears of this era fade away and are forgotten the Shakespeare's of our time will continue to shine on.

Neil was not the greatest vocalist, nor was he an accomplished guitarist. Nevertheless he was a true poet. And he damn sure wasn't afraid to put every inch of his soul into his performances. Now that I'm 48 his messages strike even closer to home.

Don't miss this one as well..

Keep posting your favorite YouTube classics on this post, I think it would be cool to see what really hits some 'chords' with all of us!

This is the first rock tune that made me go out immediately to buy the album.

It may sound odd or simple to some o' you younguns, but for a lot of us old farts this here was some VERY powerful shiit back when WE was young.
