Did anybody use servo extentions, when using 9650s? I wanna run my 7000 on the radio tray, but not sure if they will reach...

I had to use 3" extensions on the pitch and aileron servos with the 9650s. The wires are kinda short on these servos but you don't end up with alot of extra wire you are trying to hide either.

No, I mounted my receiver on the platform just above the boom so I didn't need to extend the leads. Put the gyro on the gyro platform which kinda makes it difficult to get at.

I had the gyro above the boom and the reciever on the trey below the boom. It made for a very clean look. I'd love to show you pictures but someone else liked it more than me.
