I would check your lipo voltage cut off settings on the ESC, make sure to use the high voltage 3.2v setting with throttle reduction, this will keep you from going beyond the 80% usage and 3.0v rule on the lipo. Also check your charger and make sure the charge setting is at 100%, I dont have a 1010, but most good chargers allow you to adjust the total percentage of charge for a faster field charge. The default setting should be 100%, but you may have accidently changed it while learning to use the charger.

Have you ever had an error reading on the charger with the balancer attached to the battery? The TP balancer won't allow you to charge a battery with a cell voltage bellow 3.0v, untill it has had a chance to balance the battery. This doesn't happen if all the cells are above 3.0v. I have a feeling you have dropped the voltage bellow 3.0v too many times, and the cells can no longer recover.

Get in touch with Flight Power- they may give you warranty. I talked to them about two Evo packs I have for my Trex 600 that began to severly underperform after about 30 cycles or less- I have to sent them in (just been lazy), but they were very helpful over the phone.

Never, ever, ever, ever give up.

Is your motor ok? I've got 68 flights on my Evo25 pack, and i thought it was going bad. Turned out my 600XL motor was going bad - not the battery.

Iv had the same problem with 2 of my EVO 20 packs. One has 102 flights and the other 47. I never exceed 80% discharge and charge at less than 1C.

Fly it like its a rental...
