I searched everywhere to find some Rototech blades. Found them and tried to order a set from hobby hut on line. I clicked the buy button and it went through OK. I tried to up the quantity to two and it said it was out of stock. I changed it back to one it was OK. They called me tonight and said I ordered a backordered item. BS. I told him he was wrong. Has anyone had any issues with Hobby Hut? On the plus side they did refund my money quickly.

I use them all the time and the guys there are top notch. Usually have things there like radix 600 when the 600n came out every one was out there had 100 sets, same with the stick bangers. Also only ones to have msh425 blades for the 500. I think it may have been simple mistake in the inventory. Call them I am sure they will take care of you Ask for al or wayne

Top-Notch guys there at HH!

They wouldn't steer you wrong. As I understand it, there is only 1 guy in-charge of heli sales, building, and keeping the website up and running. That's alot for one guy to do, so if you come across a back-order once in a while, keep in mind it's only one guy. If you call them personally, they will always take care of you, as indicated by the 'quick refund'.

IMO these guys are quickly becoming the best suppliers of all the heli community high-end wants and needs in the NE!

I haven't always had the best experience at hobby hut, but if you get the heli guy, he knows his stuff. They don't always have everything in stock, but they are good at getting it and calling you when its in. Give them a change, the prices are great.

They are a LHS with an online store, so its possible that the inventory wasn't updated or updated as your were purchasing. They have a decent reputation along with a store front, so they have a good amount to loose if they were trying to rip people off. Sure it was just a mistake.

I always go to hobby hut since they are 20 minutes away from my school. Always had good experience with them. As S76 Mech said, Wayne is the guy to talk to. He knows his stuff.

I delt with them a dozen times and they always worked with me and i got what I needed for a fair price. And they matched or beet prices with surrounding hobby stores. Never a problem.

Hobby Hut, been dealing with them for a long time. Wayne knows his stuff, if he doesn't he'll get the info for you. All the guys there are good. If there is something wrong with anything you buy, they will make it right. Just ask.

Just one major problem for me, HH is tooooo close to where I live. Makes thataddiction thing really really bad.

Damn that ground is hard! When's the right time to get out of this money sucking hobby?
