I crashed. I bought Parts. I attempted to rebuild. Had problems identifying bearings nuts bolts washers ect. Had mechanic friend put it back together with me. Flys great.

That was as simple as i can put it. Is there anyway that we actually put it together WRONG and yet it still flys, a ticking bomb, waiting to explode?

*edit*We just had to replace the bladegrips and feathering shaft

Sure. But if you got everything working properly and no slop extra bolts ,screws ,parts you probably got it right. Most things just wont work right if you got it wrong. they will bind or the next part wont fit right. Next time you take one apart use your digital camera take pictures and use masking tape (sticky side)to hold screws in order and lable them for reassembly. I'm one of those lucky few that can disassemble something and put it back without issues but when I teach kids to repair stuff we take pictures and mark every nut bolt screw and part and they do great at it.
Trust yer friend sound like he has the gift of build.
