I have a knight 50 sport and and a knight 3d I bought both used and it looks like they both have the same paddles. Will someone post a pic of the 3d paddles. I would like lighter paddles but don't want to order the 3d paddles if they are the same. I have rotor tech cf paddle but are afraid they will be to light. I am doing light 3d... stall turns rolls loops and flips. Thanks

Don't have a picture, but the older, heavier paddles have a witness hole that will show you when you have the paddle installed to the proper depth on the flybar, and they have one set screw that goes in the leading edge of the plastic.

The lighter 3D version of Compass paddles have an aluminum plug with two set screws to hold the paddle on the flybar. Shouldn't be a problem telling the difference.

Thanks for the info based on this I definitely have the old paddles. Will a upgrade to the newer 3d paddles make a notable difference.

you cant run paddles to light on the 3d or sport. i cut some down to 13g and they flew fine. ultimately im now running 3d paddles on both models

only you have the power to make no difference!
