Was putting my Knight 50 3D through its paces last weekend, doing what I'm capable off. Then the engine started screaming and I auto'd it down. Found out that the main gear had striped, so does that mean I'm now an official 3D stick banger?

Its the black gear that went, and I hesistated replacing it with the delrin gear a while back thinking I'd rather have the main gear strip in a crash than something more expensive breaking. Guess I'll be installing that delrin gear now

The white delrin gear will hold up better than the black gear. The black graphite gear seems a little brittle when seeing shock loads. Cheap to replace with the delrin. Bang away !

Problems ? -- Mine are flown in fresh daily

It only counts if you can strip a Delrin Gear.
Blighty only seven flights??? that is because you are never at the field!!!!!!!
