Hi there,

Esky 3900KV/10tooth and controller work fine for me. Everything is stock.
I use the 1800mA battery.
If you intend to do aerobatics, you want a lighter battery, such as the 1000mA. I've also seen a 1250mA that could be fine.
I am sticking with the wood blades as they make a good fuse in case of a crash.

edit: 1)oh and if you plan to go with lighter battery, make sure it's 20C discharge rate and don't over discharge it on long flights
2)plenty of falks at the esky subforum

Enjoy

I mean that if you have to recharge the battery more than 80% of it's capacity, then you had an over discharging flight.
