RaptorTechnique suggested checking the engine's fuel nipple to make sure it is secure. I'm glad I did! A slight tightening revealed that the threaded shaft of the nipple had failed and the thing came apart in my fingers...!

I got the broken thread out easily enough. It wasn't particularly tight but the head had sheared off... very odd.

So, can I pick up a spare one somewhere easily? I bought the engine overseas (mail order) so I can go back to them if I have to, but I don't mind paying a few bucks for a replacement nipple if I can get one quickly.

Most of the OS units are the same. Can you swipe one from a mate? I took one from an old OS32 when I had one fail
