I'm taking my OS91SX out of this heli.
i took the nut that hold the fan out. but it's still on.
i didn't do this for long time and i forgot how to do this

i'm suppose just to press the engine shaft into the fan hub ?
or do i'm missing something here ?

thanks , i just used a plate with two screws. with a nut that sticks out a bit. and it came out right away

take off the lock nut from the crank and put it on about three turns on and bolt down the clutch to the hub and bingo the clutch will push on the nut the nut will push the fan hub off and no tools to buy oldest trick in the book

That is a cool idea. I would use an old clutch in case the fan was esp obstinate. Take no chances with tweaking the clutch base.

You don't need any tools, but no job is impossible if you have the right tools. I prefer to use the right tool for the job.
