Every heli can be set docile for a beginner, the Pantera just advertises it. Same with a scale fuse, and putting a 61-91 into a 600n is about a 30 minute project with no additional parts needed, just drilling out the fan hub and cutting the baseplate.

The Pantera's a great heli but the unique features of it are not that unique, only advertised that way. Its strengths lie in the great support of Audacity, the strength of the plastic frames, mellow hover, and low cost of entry.

Don't limit yourself, get a Raptor then, I'd bet there's a lot more of them out there.

Dino, it's called a period, and it is in the lower right of your keyboard. Your posts would be 1000x easier to read if you were to push that key every now and then.

No one bashed the Raptor or TT. You said the 600 doesn't take 620s. It does (mine has them right now). JeepCJ mentioned that a lot of people replace the head on Raptors, and they do. You said it yourself, the design is 10 years old, how could it not be behind what the newest designs are? I'm sure we'll see a new TT design, and it'll be great. So, why the rant?

I hope you did not think I was bashing, Someone asked for opinions, and I was responding to aurguments that were made for and against different brands, with my opinion. Every opinion here is going bo be biased on what they think is the best heli out there (based on their own priorities on what makes it the best).
I do know that most every "issue" with the 600N has been addressed.
but of course you will find those who want to find fault with it, and there is nothing you can do about that. They are both great flying heli's. buy what excites you!
