I do not think that this is the norm. I have built a T-Rex 450, 500, 600CF and 600N with no problems at all. I wish you luck.

Do a scarch here and on the other boards. It's a very common problem to get a bad seesaw.

I am just hoping I got a good one-way bearing. That seems to be another weak spot.

I am excited about this heli. I think with the OS Hyper and the MP5 it will blow my Raptor 50's away.

I had the same problem when i put together a 600E (1 year ago), and it took a while to figure this out. The problem as many of us have had. The inner race of the bearing is rubbing against the plastic in the seesaw.

I ordered a couple of new seesaws before i figure this out.

And now when I was building a 600N, I had the same problem! Man, when are align going too fix this.

A solution that works great for me is too take a drill (drill for metal) about 10mm, and by hand, turn the drill, soo the point of it shaves of some plastic. Just a little.

After this 10 second fix, it's super free. Absolutely great.
