A possibility for the interaction may be the TX's have you read the thread on TX latency, by Jkos it make interesting reading. This would maybe answer why the interaction is only present when you use fast stick movements.

You can see from dkfuji's post, we checked out his 500 that is using 5245 servos. It also had the same wave in the swash. Three different 500's, three different sets of 5245's. Thats enough to convince me that this is common with the 5245s. His swash was waving on collective in all directions but more from front to rear than side to side.

Its not a transmitter issue becuause we swithced to 9650's and the problem is gone.

In addition to moving in sync, always a big plus, the 9650 also move much smoother. It may be to the metal gears but the 5245 have a tiny notchy motion to them that almost gives the heli the feel of the throttle ratchet being in place.
