Carlos...
I am going to try 12s 3700 and 12s 5A...for exactly that reason...the extra weight should help..on the 5A setup that is..

I expect flight times should be VERY long as well on that setup...I haven't tried slipping a 6s 5000mah pack into the airframe just yet though...I'll do that tonight..

Very nice!

Yeah the only reason I mentioned the weight is I doubt you want a floaty 90 because it would be a handful in the wind. My Logo 14 is very light and can change altitude very quickly in the wind but at least it stay s pefectly level

Keep us posted.

12s 5000mah
well...I managed to fit 12s 5000mah setup on one of my logo 600's but unfortunately not on my stretched one...the 1st pack that slides in hits the counterbearing assembly and won't allow the pack to slide all the way in..

I have a tiny bit of the "extra" counterbearing shaft hanging down on this one and it's just enough to hit the pack...so...I may have to try 12s 4350 on this one...

time to do some looking

If only Mikado had made the battery bay a little bigger. Its the same problem trying to use A123 packs in the stock brick configuration

Jag72,

Get a Neu 1915/1.5Y (H), and a 17T or so.
Then you dont need the support bearing

Warning though, mine was kv off quite alot (closer to 500 then 450), so get a 15, 16T as well..

I'm also curious to know what belt options there are.

Just be careful if you choose to buy from http://www.sdp-si.com. They charged my credit card $210+ for an $8 belt (Part #A 6R 3-385025). My bank managed to get $100 of that back but they refuse to reimburse the remaining $ suggesting that they do "not have the facilities". Total crap and an experience I'd not wish on anyone!

Belt...
I actually got a couple different belts from SDP...they overcharge for shipping andthen reimburse...kind of screwy really but in the end it all worked out...I got my orders and they ended up charging me the correct amount for shipping..

Flight Update?
Myself and others were following this tread with a hope do see some updates on flight characteristics, but to no avail yet. So, has any of you got some updates on how these stretched birds fly? (Appart from the obvious...bloody nice.) Maybe some vid's?

flight performance..
I tried a quick flight on 10s 3700mah and it was wayy too light...you had to force the machine back to the ground..I was going to try 12s 5000 mah mostly for the added weight but I had a bit of a problem getting the 6s 5000mah pack by the counterbearing...so I am considering either removing the counterbearing or going with a 12s 4350mah setup...if I go that route I will need to buy some new packs as I don't have any 6s 4350 packs..

I just have so many projects going I haven't had a chance to focus on any single one lately

I'll have more info available soon though

Too light...
Yep...it feels very "Floaty"...power is downright SICK though...

I think 12s 5000mah or 12 4350mah is going to be the ticket though...

we'll find out VERY soon...
