I'm going to machine my grips out to the .190" size to accept most of the popular blades out there. They don't need to be cut to 5mm as this will require blades shims so the .190 size will have to suffice.

Sounds like you've got equipment I wish I had hehe. I'm just now contemplating getting a digital caliper... Something like this:

I'm eager to hear how your mods turn out. I don't have the ability to machine anything, so I'm going to have to give it a go with the new grips and shims for my Radix. We'll see how the Align work out, but I sanded the ones I'm running now.

Should be another week or so till I get the new grips.
