You know your name doesnt fit now with such a sharp bird. I could see pyro flips giving awsome orientation with thoses colors.

Thanks guy's, i can't take the credit for the canopy as my buddy has a auto body shop and he did it for me. The paint he used was endura paint. The windshield is the paint that changes color.
I got the toxic motor in it.

Very nice looking Spectra. Did you paint the yellow strips on the blades? just currious because if it isn't too hard I think I would like to try that on mine.

I just bought some flourecent yellow sticky sheet from local hobby shop and used that on blades and tail. It can in a long thin sheet. I just cut to size on put it on. The sticker sheet is very thin.

Did you balance the blades
With a Koll Rotor Pro balancer after all that yellow tape? Generally speaking CF blades need about 6 sqin of monokote trim tape to balance per blade, and after applying all that extra tape I would just balance them to make sure they are the same total weight and spanwise CG for best performance.

Looks good. A couple of things, The duralite regulator will get warm, if you only have it stuck on with double sided tape I would put a piece of velcro over it to secure it. Are your servo arms 90deg at half stick (0deg pitch) ? The bellcranks look OK little hard to tell on the photos.

Couple of things
I'm pretty sure you need to invert that tank for the chin of it to clear the canopy. Otherwise it may explain why you feel you have to pull back hard on the canopy to install the thumb screws. See my gallery. If you have to do it it may mean another tank as you've already drilled this one in the wrong places...sorry!

Looks fairly busy up front with all the wires and the big battery/regulator and such. Wow, talk about alog of equipment there! Be careful with all the wires crossing over the CF frame edges. Get one of those insulation worn down to touch the frame and she's going to start acting up on you.

You probably need to move the gyro further back in its space, otherwise its going to touch the canopy.

Can you weigh this puppy accurately with your config to see what you get?

I actually left the mounts ahead instead of back and it clears good. Good point with the wires i tried to keep them away from the frames best i could,i hate wiring. I usually take it apart couple times before i'm fully happy with wiring. LOL.
