That last pic, just below the carb flange on the crankcase, is that a crack or casting flaw? Did you hit it with something?

Could you post another pic from a different angle?

It was rebuilt after 5 tanks due to the crankshaft bolt breaking off in my fan hub. I then ran it another two tanks after that, but decided to keep the OS Hyper 50 I had before becase I need the money of this sale.

Don't know about the scratches? It was only flown 2 tanks after being rebuilt.

The shiny spot is from the rubber mounts for the Knight 50 3D. It was a tight fit and I had to slid it in.

The crankshaft broke off in flight on the bolt. The heli just came down for a hard landing. Skids didn't even break.

The rebuilt was full rebuid. They changed out everything. Wrist Pin, Liner, Piston Set and Crankshaft. Don't know why there would be scatches on the piston after after only two tanks.

So you're saying that piston has TWO tanks of fuel through it?

What about that ding on the crankcase to the rear of the carb flange?
