IFHELI,

Very nice.
What tail rotor blades, tail fin and horizontal stabilizer are you using?
What are the blue things on the skids?

tonyn,

Very nice, also.
I like the "murdered out" look but I bet that's hard to see.
A big consideration for a newbie like me.

Thanks guys.

wolfpackin,

I`m useing the trex 450 tailhubs, grips, and tail blades. The fins are mjp CARBON TREX TUFF FIN SET . The tail fin is longer to help on ground clearance. I also shimmed up my struts at frame by about 1/16 +/- and turned them around backwards. The blue thing are align skid protectors for 450.

IFHELI,

Thanks, nice stuff.

One more dopey question. I think I read the B400 fits in the smaller WingTote bag, I think it's the 294?
What size, model are you using for it?

Thanks again.
If I want to keep up with you guys I think I'm gonna have to get another job.

Nice bird Ifheli.I basically have the same set up.The only thing I don't have is the metal blade grips.Im looking into getting the complete metal tail set up soon.Just trying to think which brand. Here is how i mounted my 9257.I had to shorten the rod and reglue it.

Wolfpackin here is a bag i was thinking of

rudderman,

Thanks,... One thing I would do on your setup is move rod to top of servo closer to boom to kept it straighter.

I have one other hidden mod on my second bird( The one built from parts off the wall w/ flame canopy). I modified the frame so I could take motor and mount out the top after unbolting the four bolts . I plan on swapping pinions and motors on this one.
