I don't know if I like the look of it. The head is the same that Dominik used to win 3D Masters last year. When is this machine due and how much is it?

If I'm not mistaken that's G10 used instead of carbon?

Bar none this is going to be one hot heli when it is completed.

It is very unfortunate that these pictures leaked out as Hirobo has not released any formal information and is not displaying this heli (prototype) at the toy fair. These pictures appear to have been taken behind closed doors. So knowing this I would reserve judgment until Hirobo releases some details on the production heli. i.e. final design, materials, versions, costs, etc.

I think it looks great. Hirobo's stuff that's been out for years flies amazing, it'll be great to fly their new stuff that's been cooking.

It might be out before the Aurora, you don't know.

Just wait until the new OS engine hits around the same time as this machine.

Count me in for this one. Hirobo translated into english means: "For Real"! Just like the new ATX RDS Radio, it comes out when they say it will. Hirobo has it going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that Hirobo prototypes in a different material (G10?) This thing will most likely end up being carbon. The earlier pics of the lepton shows the same material. The new heli does not have the same Hirobo look because its no longer a stacked frame design. Somehow the frame reminds me of the Vigor CS.

Looks nice. Typical excellent Hirobo quality.

Not too sure I'm thrilled about the tail rod linkage though.

looks like no more stacked frames for the whole body except for the fuel tank area, i guess Hirobo did that to accomodate the tank width. still looking good. also nice that the tail servo will be buried underneath the canopy, no more slimy mess cleaning up the servo. also looks like they have new floating angles going on.

anyway, is it just me, or does it look like this is gonna be a tall heli? this is getting exciting!

This "new" heli looks sharp! I can't wait to see the production version of this. I wonder if the new head can be used on the standard Freya or Evo 90.

shauntot - there is some contact details on the main page of the site, just delete the url back to before "gallery".

Looks pretty solidly built, looks heavy even.

Hope they have done some magic with the one way bearing system and made them so they dont crack! I'm on my third and the ships only 1.8 years old.

This thing is going to be too expensive to trash around. If the Sceadu EX is $1400, how much is his going to be?

Jeff,

Whats the street price going to be?
