Sorry to say,, yes that is right, one reason most Trex are tail heavy.
I for one don't run them. I am still on the fence about running one of the new Hitec digital small servos.

Use the hole that is closest to the output spline, and my t-rex balances perfect with the micro heli adjustable tail pushrod, allows the servo to be places as close to the main shaft as you can get it

Not rying to steal the thread but there is so much discrepency about the 9257 running on 6 volts. What is the final report on that?

I haven't heard about the 3153. Is it that good? Obviously there is a CG advantage.

I read on alignuk.com where A Davis set up a 450se V2 and blew out 3 3154's and then went back to the 9650 with no probs.

My 9257 went out after about 200 flights at 6 volts. I'm now running the new one on a 5v bec. I've noticed no difference in the cyclic speed running 5 volts. My TP batteries went soft before the servo smoked. I hope the FP batts last longer....

Do you use the 3153 with the gy401? What limit POT setting are you using. Im at around 90 limit and running the servo at 6V.
