what is a good price for a Raptor 60 "KIT" only?

I've been flying century products since last summer. I'm wanting to venture out and try thunder tiger. I currently fly a Raven 50SE and wanting something a little bigger.

what is a good web site to purchase thunder tiger kit and spare parts?

thanks for everyones help.

60 isn't a real popular size unless you are going to stuff a 70 in it. If you want the lower price range get a Titan 50 or a 600n, if you want something bigger you might as well go ahead and get a 90.

I second what Barracuda suggests..
I own a 60 Raptor w/ OS 70 and though it's a bear, It still isn't a Raptor 90...
(So I had to get one to fill the need...)

Now, My Raptor 50, with the Hyper 50 will dance and boogie. My 90 is fast but it doesn't "twitch" like the Titan does, Just my input.

I'm looking at the 90's right now. I'm still in the learning process - I'm now hovering comfortably in all orientation. I can hover and walk around the helicopter. Maybe someday I'll give 3'D a try - for now - I just enjoy watching the helicopter do it's thing. what I'm trying to say is - should I just get a standard kit or get the SE with more metal? I know it's only a couple hundred difference but I can use that money else where.

currently I have a Raven 50SE and it fly's fine just the way it is. I don't have any reason to upgrade to metal parts (unless their is a performance gain). Is their an advantage to metal parts compared to plastic? besides crash survivability?

My opinion only is to buy what your budget allows, don't be lead by the Heli company adds of "more bling" or metal part, period.
Now, the reason I say this is for a simple reason that if you are still progressing along (Not thumping 3D!) the metal parts won't help "much". Save the money, buy fuel and spare parts for the helo. Then when you are ready, purchase the parts that will best help the progress your chasing!

Good luck in your decisions and I hope the information I provided assists you. Now let's fly........

Thank you Pull-n-pitch

I've decided on the 90 standard kit. Hope Raptor keeps going strong.
