Never used ski's,very neat. I always have a blast making tracks in the snow, make a long enough track of them and it looks like some weird animal is on the loose Sking on ice is another thing I like to do once durning the winter, its great till you catch an edge and dump it. Been there done that ONCE!!

Damn that ground is hard! When's the right time to get out of this money sucking hobby?

I've been using floats to fly in the snow but they are bulky and a lot of drag. I'm going to make some up like yours.

Very cool, it would be nice if you could find a way to bend the tips up a little. Would hate to see those buggers dig in. Still cool!

cool looking ski's on the skids. they look like they would be cool just to be on the bottom of the skids. can you buy them already made or what is the pattern to be able to cut some out.

Good idea, very nicelooking skis!
I use floats in the winter, no matter how deep or new the snow is,
the heli will not sink into the snow.
Your skis is just like the ones the Swiss and French
rescue helis use in the Alps!
