I picked up a new Astro 1.7 charger and 2 new Airthunder 5000mah 22.2v 6c lipos and a blinky. How many volts should I turn the knob to when charging these packs?

Doesn't it go by Amps? instead of volts? I know when I charge my AT 6s on TP1010 I usually set it to 4.0A to be safe especially when its new although the recommended is 5.0A. On the other hand when I charge my AT 3s 11.1v I turn it to 2.0A on my Astro 109.
