I have a single too, it's all white. It's doesnt have the carbon stripe on it. I wouldn't mind a match for it or selling it.

If you skip me I can't play!

I can assure you that I am quite capable..... judging from your comment, apparently it is you doesn't have a clue.....

But let me take the time to enlighten you......

In order to use "mis-matched" blades, they should be fairly close in weight TO BEGIN WITH, otherwise you have to add too much weight to one to match the other. Blades CAN AND DO vary in weight by several grams.

If that is the case, then matching the orphan blade is just not practical......IMHO

That's why it's important for folks to post the weight of their orphan.........

Get it now ??

Just FYI, the two I have one is 150.8 and the other is 134.3. SAB must have started making lighter blades as that 150 grams on is a couple years old. My other two matched sets I have are around 135.

Thanx, helibird.......

Due to the large variance in weight, it is clearly impractical to match those two orphans......

Yah I've found it's pretty difficult to balance anything more the 3 grams. That is a lot of tape!

You don't use tape guys! Haven't you ever noticed a hole drilled in on of your blades? It's there beccause thats what the blade companies do to balance the blades. They drill a small hole and fill it with the appropriate amount (of Epoxy or similar) to bring the lighter blade up to the heavier blade. So there Juan it can be done. All you need is the two blades to match in style. Yes, is nice if they match in weight but it doesn't usually happen, so YOU need to balance them.

Yes, anything can be done.....but what you don't seem to understand is that the blades need to be close in weight to begin with. The small holes you see filled with epoxy (and probably powdered bronze mixed with it) is to FINE TUNE the weight and balance so that they are perfect.......

Do as you wish, the rest of us will do what we know is right and what we know works.....
