I have used my gy601/9251 in my MIL III for 2 years of regular flights without any problems!
Now i have converted my robbe millenium for AP i have put a bigger boom (1.8) bigger blades and a webra 150 hi gas engine!
In the first flights i have noticed that the tail servo was more hot than normal!
After 3 to 5 flights the tail blocks moments without notice! I came down for hover, more 5 minutes =tail ok, then again the tail servo blocks!
What can be the cause of that? Now i have puted a 9254 atached with the Helicommand (not tested yet)
What can be?
Longer boom (without changing gyro gain)more work of the servo?
More engine vibrations have affected the servo?
I have changed the servo location, and atached it to the boom in a aluminium plate! Vibrations from tail shaft and/or intreferences generated by the tail shaft rotation?
simple servo failure?
Gyro or control amp failure?
Some years ago i had a similar problem with a Kyosho 30 zeal version with a csm icg 360 gyro and a lot of servos killed in the tail!
I have never know the cause and later i have changed all equipement( RX gyro and servo)
And now again! What should i do?
