I was wondering how to obtain the bk1116 collars used in step 1-1 in the e550/620 manual?

Can you please tell me what they are? Are they the ones that go on the spindle?

Is so it is part of the spindle shaft kit that is sold. This is the part number for E550/620

I had the same problem – they are not included in the elevator replacement parts. You could make them from some 4mm brass tube. I elected to just get ball bearings with a 3mm center hole (3 x 7 mm ball bearing). These are a standard size and available at most hobby shops. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bi...p?&I=LXUZ41&P=7

Try this
The collar size is the same diameter inside and outside as the collars used in the washout arms, the only thing you need to do is cut/grind them to the appropriate width, 2.5mm I beleive. This is what I am going to have to do, I'm converting a nitro to electric. If you need the parts they are BK0077 and can be gotten in part PV0503. mark

I was looking for the same parts as well and I can't find it anywhere. I end up contacting Infinity hobby since I have bought most of my thunger tiger stuff from them. I ask them if they know how to obtain part bk1116. They get back to me and told me that they can't find that part in any spare part package either and have contacted Thunder Tiger and obtain that parts for me. You may try to contact them about it.

A 3x7mm ball bearing is definitely the best solution.

Make your own
No they do not come in the screw bags, I had to make my own. I sent a email to Thunder Tiger, I received a message back that they only package what they package. I replied that yes this was the case but that this is the only part that is in the kit that is not sold anywhere else. They sent back an email that they would look into it further. I used a longer collar used for the mixing arms(PV0004)and put it on a bolt with a nut, then using a dremal cut it to the length and then using a hand file cleaned it, it is working fine. mark

Did you ever get it flying?
I still day the best solution is 3x7 ball bearings. They are less than $4.00 http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bi...p?&I=LXUZ41&P=7
