Hey Guys,

Just got my Spartan 760 for my Trex 500, and im having some issues getting it programed.

X9303 2.4 with Ar6200
CC80A Esc with CC Bec

I have the bec plugged into batt, and esc into throttle.

Ive tried watching Finless's videos, and that hasnt even helped me. I tried just setting it up with not binding left rudder, that hasnt worked, binded withleft rudder, hasnt worked, reversed the rudder direction, and binded with left again, and that hasnt worked.

I have the gyro menu set to
Pos 0:100
Pos1:0
Pos2:50

and normal is pos 0, idle 1 is pos 1.

I havent flipped into pos 2 on start up, so thats not my problem. The recievers are binding almost instantly, and im flipping the switch as fast as I can get my hands off the deans connector to plug them in.

Any ideas guys?

Hey, give Jason a break. He's new at this.

Don't worry, Jason. With some practice, you get better at this.

I am pleased to read that you found the solution but I have some further advice for you...

I see the gyro cable is touching the shape edge frame and after some time it may cut thought the insulation and short. I have seen this happen to servo wires before.

Also the way you squashed the excess cable between the gyro and the frame is not ideal as it creates a path for vibrations to pass to the gyro. The gyro should only sit on the foam tape and don't touch anything else. The soft Velcro type strap should be ok if not excessively tightened.
