When I hover my 450 upright, it hovers great, trimmed perfect. As soon as I flip it inverted I have to use allot of down stick on my right thumb. To keep it hovering still inverted. Why is this happening only inverted. You would think once it is trimmed for regular hovering that it would be trimmed for inverted. How do I solve this? It is making inverted hovering more difficult.

You may have some CCPM interactions. You should try to make sure that you're getting equal throw with all 3 servos in full positive and full negative. I use a swashplate leveler as a quick and dirty way to check for CCPM interactions at full positive/negative. You adjust the travel limits to make sure you're getting no interactions. Just a suggestion.

I found with my "rexes" that it's a balance issue...... Try checking to make sure your CG is perfect.

I agree, check your balance. I would suspect CCPM interactions if you were getting a drift at full positive or full negative pitch, but not if you were only getting it with 2-3 degrees of pitch in a stable hover.

I agree with the guys above, Make sure your swash plate is level at mid stick and you have no trim in your radio. Then check your balance on the heli the cg has to be perfect with no trim input to be the same inverted... This is where a good mechanical setup will pay off....

Tom..... No "D" flying....
