Flybar will go away -- once Futaba and/or JR comes out with an all-integrated virtual flybar / gyro combo, everyone will start buying them. Heli manufacturers will start selling helis without flybars. It will suck at first, but 20 years is a long time.

The servo connector we use today will be replaced by something that handles more current. The new connector will have a two wire 16ga power bus and a single optical fiber for signaling.

Recievers will have integrated failsafe switches and alternate power connectors. (just like the Spektrum AR9100 rx)

Look where ther have gone in the last 20 years, from good solid flying machines like the GMP Legend, Schluter Magic, Champion and Scout, X-cell 50 and 60, to great flying machines like the Raptor, Raven, 600N and Synergy to name a few. The mechanics are a lot better, but the electronics are worlds better.

Flybar will go away
The flybar went away 20 years ago and the flybarless Legend flew great, but with todays electronics it may be gone for good.

radios will be gone and you will have a chip implanted into your brain and you will will put gloves on and then fly it lol... engines that run on compressed air... solar powered to reduce weight of batteries... and if you fall asleep while flying the heli has a fail safe to land itself lol... and yes i do have a big imagination
