I use standard or airplane set up. Where the pan and tilt are ran off one joystich. On a Futaba Radio I believe that channel 2 is tilt or elevator and channel 1 is pan or "aileron" in this case. In this case the stick on the right of your radio would move the mount right and left as well as up and down. Try experimenting with some Expo on your travel to smooth things down a bit.

If you purchased the mount from us you would have a book to explain the setup for the camera mounts radio. Its E=25atv 100% expo A=25atv 100% expo. This is pan and tilt on the cyclic stick.

You will need a computer radio. Once this is set the go into the main trim setup and change it if you can from 4 to 1 on both channels. Now use the sub trim to center and stop the servos if they are moving at all. Stay with 4.8 volts not 6 volts.

Raising the ATV's speeds up the movement of the pan or tilt depending on which is changed.

Hope some of this helps.

I found that having pan and tilt on the one stick was very confusing if the pan is a 360 continous servo. With that stick, movement determines rate of change, whereas the other stick determines amount of change. Only if both servos are "normal" does stick position approximate camera angle.
