Hello All,

I am having a hard time identifying this Hatori one piece muffler. Can someone pin this one down?
Thanks!

Jay

Hi

Looks like a #522

It has 3 chambers, one piece muffler. If it were the 521, it would hit the main tank. Yep. Looks like a #522

Edit: the current #522 doesn't have those holes to reach the screws so that isn't a 50 sized model

Now that I look at it, it kinda reminds me my #991 muffler (it also had those holes) but I see its on a 600N so that isn't a 90 sized engine... or is it?

thx for the aditional info.

Its a #991 muffler. Hatori USA will say its for FAI because its not theirs but I can assure you that the muffler doesn't know that and works for 3D on this side of the pond

I thought the same thing. I looked at it and it matched the #991 but if my caliper is off, I think the #991 is about 45mm thick as I am reading 40mm. Maybe I am off then?

Thanks Steve! I knew it could be found. Now I know this is a Hatori model #711 that is for YS .80 - YS .91. This pipe works great with awesome power from low to high. It was just eating at me to know which Hatori pipe it was.

You tha Man Steve!
