According to the manual 1600 to 1700 rpm. I have just completed mine and need to make a couple of adjustments. According to my local hobby shop it's advisable to run a govenor on the Hyper because it gas a tendency to over rev if you're not carefull. This is my first hyper and I have been very carefull programming my curves but it's still a tad on the livley side.

I ran mine at 1500 normal 1700 idle up. I also had a different pitch curve for a good stable hover -5 +5 +9

1700 to 1750

Unless you're trying to fly 3d with it, if you're trying to look scale that is plenty.

1700 to 1800 should work. I made a rubber isolater between gearbox and tail fin to get rid of vibration. Was actually a insulator from under the coil in a chevy HEI distributor. Nice thick round rubber washer, drill 2 holes squeese between fin and gearbox. Vibration gone! RAGGED

I'm running ~1850, but I fly at 5000ft. I'm also running the "optional" Titan gearing, 8.73 IIRC, to keep the engine closer to it's "happy place".
