I'm not picking a fight. I'm just stating that opinions are like well things on peoples backsides. everyone has one and they all look different. I put the Flame remark in just to show that 85% of the posts that people come up with get shot down by an armchair pilot that thinks his (or her) way is thae only way. Thats not right. If you read the whole post. The crap started about 10 posts before mine talking about how the idea wasn't worth a darn. Then we had the rocket sientsts giving the whole rotating mass theory to prove their point, then just the negitive ones. So you make up your mind. Is all of the other stuff really worth it, or would ajust a "GOOD IDEA" or "COOL" or any other word of encuragement do better for the informational purpose of this forum have worked better, I think so.

I didn't miss that, I saw it, and agreed with your other points, and said that most people agreed with you. You posted in a way that made it seem like you don't understand why you got pinked, so I told you what I saw. You haven't been on here much, so you probably haven't seen other people rant like you did and get the same treatment. Figured I'd help with the mystery.

I fly a 600N with a 70. It's my everyday flier. I beat the crap out of it and still run the 3mm fly bar. the 4mm flybar is nice but not necessary in my opinion.

We had several flybars breaking in mid air as well, it happened on the stubz and also the standard Align paddles. We can rule out the paddle difference.

The Align engineers gave us a suggestion, do not over tightened the grub screw that holds the flybar, on the flybar there are two slots that keeps the flybar in place and a moderate torque on the grub screw with threadlock is good enough and should not break the flybar anymore.
