I have a new Titan that has sheared the bolts off of the clutch twice. It has only had about 3 or 4 tanks run through it. The first time it was about 10 feet off the ground and it made a funny noise so I set it down quickly, I thought that it had spun the nut off but it sheared the bolts. This last time I didnt even know it, I have been hovering around my driveway some(no time to go to field to fly) and everything was ok a week later I go to crank it up and I discover that it had sheared the bolts off and chewed up the end of the hub on the fan. Any ideas as to what this could be caused from?

I put a washer under the capheads, which was a simple solution.

I have a couple of plastic fans if you need one.

The general consensus is that some holes aren't tapped deep enough, the washer or bolt grinding solve the problem.
