Just bought used 450SE RTF with Rx. Hooked it up with my JR 7202 I already have for my Raptor 50. Not much experience with it either.

The tail seems to act fine and it'll spool up nicely but looks like the collective is mixed with servos in a wierd way. Raising collective wants to roll forward and vice versa.

The manual for the 7202 doesn't seems to be hepling and my buddy that set up my Raptor is always busy.

Any ideas?

You know that the Raptor swash control is very different than the ECCPM T-rex, right? you'd need different transmitter settings to make it work properly. I don't know your radio, but does it even have CCPM swashplate settings?

In any case you need to get a manual and the T-rex manual, sit down, and do some studying.

Never, ever, ever, ever give up.

Helimatt is right your going to need the swash setup for 120* mixing. I would suggest you unplug your esc from the rx and plug in a nicad pack to test your radio settings before you spool up the heli... The swash settings are different than a rappy... Also you might want to watch teh finless videos on setup for a 450 too...

k
Ya my radio does have the 120* setting, and It's on it now.

I'll go thru and check out the inputs. I just would'nt have thought I'd need to do that after the guy had it all set up for his 6101 and did'nt touch anything else...
