How does it creep if it is sitting on the table? You cannot tell what a Heading Hold gyro will do by observing the tail rotors when it is sitting on the bench.

Revo mix?

Different trims in different flight modes on your rudder maybe?

It will flash a square on the lcd if its getting an input.

Also moving it while it initializes will probably do that as well.

611 Creeping
I've found some transmitters are slightly off center on the Rudder channel. To solve this problem just add a little rudder sub-trim to correct the creeping. If the sub-trim does not fix the problem, try a different sensor.

Some sensors will drift with temperature changes.

Keep up your rotor speed !

No.

TRK (Tracking) has zero, NADA, nothing to do with drift off center when the gyro is at rest.

TRK is used to adjust out the presence of bounce at the end of left and right piros.

Look at the gyro amplifier's screen. There is a black LCD block on the screen that will go on and off as you move the rudder stick back and forth off center. Note the presence or lack thereof of that block when the stick is deflected. If the block stays the same when the stick is at center as it was when you moved the stick away from center, the the neutral signal of the rudder channel is off. You'll need to subtrim the rudder channel to find the perfect electronic center. Though some gyros out there will creep off center when the model is at rest on the bench, GY series gyros should not do this.
