So I bought this Vibe from tigertym. He shipped the heli, it arrived and unfortunately there was some damage during transit. It was packaged well; it was UPS's at fault.

I immediately took pictures of the box and the damaged contents. The damaged parts were the canopy, horizontal stabilizer fin and 2 fuel tank frame mounts. Total costs....$150.

I then sent the pics to tigertym and he began the claim process. The next day UPS came to pick up the damage items including the box.

Now the amazing part, tigertym came out of pocket to buy and send me the new parts. This whole transaction took only 2 1/2 weeks from payment, to shipment, claim and arrival of replacement parts.

Bravo..Zulu..Dennis. It is sellers like Dennis that make RR a great community to buy and sell.

Don't hesitate to buy from tigertym.
