Inverted tracking out
This problem surfaced recently and before that my MT tracked great upright and inverted. Now I can only get it to track upright, it is way out when inverted. I am running completely stock. Since I know the stock head can work perfect I am trying to track down which part must have worn - anyone have any suggestions as to where to start?

I have noticed the washout base looks loose on the main shaft, other than that everything is tight and links are good.

check your upper mixing arms. Make sure the center screws is tight. I usually go through all the screws as a weekly maintenance on mine just to make sure.
Hope this Helps

If you go to the metal upper & lower mixing levers that will cure 95% of your tracking problems. The new style plastic blade grips will fix the rest!!

I rebuilt the head once to try and fix it - making sure all the screws were tightened up. Unfortunately it didn't help.

I took it apart tonight and noticed that the center hub rocked slightly on the main shaft. The washout base has a little bit of slop.

This thing flew great until recently in stock form - I am going to try and sort out what the problem is. It must be just a part that has worn - I guess I will have to start replacing pieces until I get it.

Well I have solved the problem. The center hub had started to rock on the main shaft (just from wear and tear over time). I added some CA to the main shaft to fill the gaps before re-installing the center hub. I will replace it with a new one next time I order parts. I thought about going aluminum but I can buy 3-4 of the plastic center hubs for the cost of the AL part and I got 50-60 flights on the last one.
