MX400 Pro....What does yours weigh ????
I'm wondering if my MX400 Pro might be
a little over-weight.

Its box stock with a GY240 gyro.

It weighs 585 grams without battery.
With battery...755 grams.

I was thinking that might be the
reason my motor gets so hot...IF it
turns out I'm over weight.

Maybe I need a lighter battery?

Sounds like I might need a lighter battery.

If you are running the stock 6 pole motor I
found out that it likes to run with a HIGH
timing setting. If your ESC lets you change
the timing you might try it.

It made mine run a little cooler. And..its
a lot more powerful...
