Tight belt ???
?? for you guys how tight is your belt... I spin the head while holding the tail and it does not skip... Is that to tight or just about right ?? Thank D

Loosen all the boom frame bolts and the horizontal fin clamp.

Hold the helicopter by the tail and tighten one screw.

Tighten everything up, that should be just about perfect tension.

dont pull it all the way tight. Thats a bad idea. It will cause your auto hub to lock up. make it so you can barely push in on it. It shouldn't skip on the tail. It should be quite tight though.OH! YOU FLY TOY HELICOPTERS?!

Ive NEVER had an auto hub lock up for the year and a half I flew a raptor 50. Go figure

If you pick up the heli at the tail and let the body hang down on it, you are approximately at the right tension.
