The Raptor 60/90 liner works out very nicely.

Me I just prised out the Align liners complete undamaged in both my 600n's and re-used them backing the with some wallpaper lining paper..10+ gallons on No1 & 3gallons on no2.

I believe Align may well have addressed this on the latest kits

I believe the clutch snapped since the clutch liner is too thin so the clutch over expands and fatigue sets in and cracks. I replaced mine with the Hirobo heavy duty line and it left me .007 on either side and works perfect.

good luck

Add another broken clutch to the count. Mine snapped today, one of the "wings" has a hairline crack and it grips in idle. The clutch liner is fine. I should replace it with a thicker one, but don't really want to disassemble the frame to get the clutch bell out. I will try another clutch for now to see how long that lasts.

Karl.

You don't have to disassemble the frame. Remove the engine and main gears, spread the frames slightly and the clutch bell assembly will come out the bottom. Easy and fast. There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."

i just replaced my liner, started slipping after a few tanks. Used the R90 HD liner with 5 min. epoxy. One-two wraps of black tape around the clutch for proper spacing.
