Kasama Vs G-Force GFR5060 Raptor 50 Tuner Head
Ok this is question to all the experts out there . I have talked to a rep from one of the stores on line, I said sir do you carry Kasama head I would like to make my heli bi more snapier

" He says well first of all you need to get a better Pipe like Haitori or MP5 wich I sure agree with, and that he says ,

That I do not need Kasama head only thing I need is the G-Force GFR5060 Raptor 50 Tuner Head and it will fly as it would with kasama if not better.

I have a TT 50.

So what do you all think ?

Above the swash you only need 4 things: 1) a metal headblock 2) mixing arms with increased ratios 3) proper paddles for the job 4) proper main blades for the job. Whose name is on those parts is pretty much irrelevant. This of course assumes you have your heli set up correctly and your engine is putting out enough power to handle the increased collective and cyclic.

What paddles are you using? The green TT paddles are much quicker than the black ones, and the super stubz are extremely quick! You won't need to change the whole rotorhead to get the response you're looking for.

What I'm using is the Titan stock Head with Mavrics and green paddels and regular Thunder Tiger Pipe, I know for a fact that I need a better pipe but what I realy need to know if I have to go with Kasama ?

You can tune the cyclic with paddles. A set of super stubz will increase your cyclic rate, and the pipe will give you more power.

Blades
I don't have the Kasama head, I have the stock head with 20 gram paddles (red not green) on an ERaptor. Lightweight paddles helped, but when I went from Mavrikk blades to SAB and saw a HUGE difference in performance. The blades have less drag (draw less current) and better response. I think AzHyper is right on the money in his post about what you need.

I agree with the hobby shop employee, I think you should go with the G-Force head. You can run 90 duro dampers throughout if you want, or soften the damping by adding a 70 duro o-ring. I have the full G-force head including the flybar cage and upper mixing arms. What I love about the upper mixing arms is they allow me to run up to 13º of pitch. The flybar cage is just cool but it has the ability to speed up the cyclic rates with an optional hole. However you will notice the biggest difference with just the head. I think the G-force design is better because it uses 3 o-rings as opposed to the Kasama head which uses bushings like the stock head design.

I'm running the full G-force head with the stock mixing ratios (except I'm on the outer hole of the washout arms), 12.5º pitch, Green paddles, and Radix blades running a 2075hs and the heli flies just awesome for 3D. And I mean real 3D not just loops and rolls and stationary flips .
