% of oil in fuel
Hi Guy's

I was using in the past some Wildcat 20% nitro and 18% oil and I added some oil to bring it to 22% of oil. I found a hobby shop that carry,s some Magnum fuel 20% nitro for a cheaper price, and the guy told me at the hobby shop that the Magnum as from the factory 22% of oil in it.If that guy is right I will be making some savings because the price of the fuel is cheaper to begin with.

I would like your feedback about that brand of fuel?
Is the salesman right about the % of oil in the fuel?

the difference is that the WC w/ 18% oil was a high viscosity oil
whereas the fuels w/ 22-23% are using low viscosity oil.

You could save money by not bothering to add oil to the WC 18% stuff.
You're totally throwing money away and decreasing performance by doing
it. There is absolutely no need to do it.

I agree you do not need anymore oil in the Wildcat. The type of oil is spot on for the job, and at the right viscosities to keep your bearings happy.
