Neu1910-1Y (with fan) & 7S setup
Have been using 6S without any issues. Recently, I started using 7S for some reason the motor started bugging during flight. Just want to know if 7S is too much for 1910-1Y ? If someone can help. Thanks

According spec max V for 1910-1Y is 28V, a fully charged 7S is around 29V. I am using 1910-1.5Y for my 8S setup (22T- perfect). Whereas, 1910-1Y 6S using 19T (perfect, no problem), when I tried 7S I have to use 17T, although powerwise (excellent) but motor started bugging.

the extra weight and the gearing combo along with a hot summer day may have gotten the motor hot.Urukay HPS3 KSE 700 HPS3

But there is also the new heli version of Neu motor the 1910H/1Y i have bought it for my Trex600 with 8S and it runs cooler because of the new internal fun design and case design.
This is the motor to go. Or tango.
