13A is kind of low you are going to need a 20A power supply but it really depends on the batteries you are going to charge.

ECOHELI what batteries are you charging, and at what rate?

Your profile says you have a Trex (450?). If you are charging the typical 3 cell 2100 (or similar) at 1C, that is 2.1A output per charger. Each charger might draw 3A to produce that 2.1A, so you will have a ~6A load on your power supply.

Like biggame121 says, it depends on what you are charging. Run the math on your packs and charge rate. In the example above, your supply is more than enough.

If you really want to know what how much power you are using, put a Watt meter in line with your supply.

reality: try it.

first, do the math. 3S is approx 12v so you you
have 2 * 1.5A = 3A output and then figure losses. You could
run approx 6 chargers and batteries off that supply at that rate.

the worst that will happen is that the output of the power supply
will either start to 'droop' and the chargers will complain about
low input voltage

or

the power supply will 'clamp' at its maximum output and the charger
will charge at whatever it can deliver.

2x 3S 2200 packs is not much and the power supply will be able to
handle it w/o any problem.
