Field Charging 14mz
Hi all,

I am just curious, does anyone top up their transmitter battery at the field? if so how do you go about it?

Can it be done with the Li lo function of the swallow charger?

cheers,

Jeff

Hi there.
Yepp, the Swallow charger should charge the Li-Io battery in the 14MZ very well. I use a Triton-charger, no problems.

Or just buy a cheap power converter to plug into your car, and use the normal transmitter charger ?Ryan.

or get rid of the pos battery they give you and put a fromeco setup in there and live happy.

either way your charger can charge the standard or fromeco battery if it has li-ion mode. i have charged the futaba at field many times just putting 2 wires into the terminals on my schulze or constellation.

cheers
